Outreach -
St. Paul's Episcopal Church
His Table
St. Paul's participates in cooking and serving a meal at "His Table",
which was created and is held at Romeo United Methodist Church, each
Tuesday night. Christmas 2012, St. Paul's, Mountain Top Church, and
Romeo United Methodist pulled together a Christmas dinner. Many of the
people who partake of the meals have formed a strong community and they
look out for each other. "His Table" has been a blessing not only for
those served, but for those who serve as well.
Adult Outreach Trip to
Virginia
The team, which has grown in size, is working on another trip this
summer.
Samaritan House St. Paul's links with other area congregations to
serve Samaritan House, which offers food and other aid to
families who are struggling with economic and health issues. We
participate in picking up blankets from Focus Hope and deliver them to
Samaritan House for those who need extra help keeping warm. We
participate in Share Tree another Samaritan House project. People provide Christmas gifts for those who need
help giving their family a happy Christmas
Harvest Walk
St. Paul's members continue to walk and raise money for our local food
pantry. We walk with other churches and volunteers from all over
the Romeo Washington area.
Bread for the Neighborhood
One of our awesome members seems to find contacts for food resources. We
now have bread delivered to St. Paul's every two weeks. We have been
able to share this blessing with "His Table", Calvary Baptist Church in
Almont, and Samaritan House.
Michigan Parkinson Foundation
This year we supported Pat
Clinton and his family as they did the walk-a-thon to raise money for
research in Parkinson's disease.
Second Mile Center in Detroit
This center was started under the auspices of the Presbyterian Women's
Society. The program is run by an amazing woman, Ruth Azur. The center
provides a safe place for children of many ages to go after school. Ruth
holds church services for the youth. There is a computer center and a
game room and dinner and snacks are available for the youth and their
families.

meal with them, participated in their health fair days, contributed
money, and hope to get more involved in some creative ways.
St. Balderick's Foundation
Cathy Clinton is participating in this foundation for
childhood cancer research by getting her head shaved. Please donate to
this cause and Cathy's sacrifice by giving to

St. Paul's Beekeeping.
Yes, that's right. We are planning on having 2 beehives on our 10 acres
of property. We hope to gain some honey and by products to sell for the
purpose of raising money for our various outreach. Plus, it is great for
the environment and the honeybee.
Egiving is one way you can help us
